Submitting an estimate request form does not constitute a binding contract. All estimates provided by Roof Bros NC are non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Roof Bros NC agrees to perform all contracted roofing services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, scope of work, materials, and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate written contract for each project.
Payment terms are defined in your individual project contract. Failure to make payment according to agreed terms may result in work stoppage and additional fees. Roof Bros NC reserves the right to place a mechanic’s lien on the property in the event of non-payment, as permitted by North Carolina law.
Roof Bros NC’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Roof Bros NC carries general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request prior to beginning any project.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, North Carolina.
